Every order ships with a documented print report. No extra charge. This is the standard — not an add-on — because the data exists and you deserve to have it.

Environmental Log

Temperature and relative humidity recorded continuously throughout the print. Delivered as min/max summary and a time-series plot.

Dimensional Inspection

Key dimensions verified against your model using calibrated calipers. Pass/fail reported against stated tolerance.

Print Metadata

Material batch, layer height, print duration, filament consumed, and slicer profile — documented for every job.

Visual Inspection

Photographs of critical features and surfaces. Layer adhesion, bridging quality, and any anomalies noted.

3D Scan Deviation Map

Part scanned post-print and compared against your original model. Color-mapped deviation report showing conformance across the full geometry.

Universal. Always accepted. Ensure correct units (mm) before export.

3D Manufacturing Format

Preferred. Preserves scale, units, and orientation. Reduces back-and-forth.

Standard for Exchange

Accepted for complex assemblies or when orientation decisions should remain open.
